QUALIFICATIONS
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED
PREFERRED MINIMUM 1 YEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
CUSTOMER/PERSONAL SERVICE AND SOCIAL PERCEPTIVENESS: KNOWLEDGE FOR PROVIDING CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND MEETING QUALITY STANDARDS FOR SERVICES
COMMUNICATIONS: INCLUDES ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO INFORM VIA WRITTEN OR ORAL
ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT
ABILITY TO HANDLE LARGE CALL VOLUME
ABILITY TO MEET EMPLOYER’S ATTENDANCE POLICY
ABILITY TO WORK WEEKEND AND HOLIDAYS
ACTIVE LISTENING, CRITICAL THINKING AND READING COMPREHENSION
