    Job Description

    EXPERIENCE LEVEL

    • 3-5 years of brand management and communications experience including comprehensive knowledge of social media and support platforms including WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.
    • BS or MS in communications or related field

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

    • Brand strategy development and communication campaign execution
    • Support communications content development, scheduling and monitoring activities internally and externally including social media platforms
    • Develop email marketing strategies to support subscriber acquisition and list growth
    • Create newsletters
    • Manages day-to-day social media content calendar including drafting copy, sourcing graphics, and scheduling posts across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn)
    • Monitor social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube), responding to comments in a timely manner and generating a sense of community and connection among participants
    • Social media research: stays informed on current trends and pertinent topics
    • Implement publicity plans/programs to meet business objectives, including collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendor partners
    • Responds to requests for information from the media
    • Develops press release or other media communications to promote the company
    • Plans or directs development or communication of programs to maintain favorable public perceptions of the company's accomplishments
    • Develops public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products, or services
    • Prepares or edits organizational publications for internal or external audiences
    • Arranges public appearances to increase product or service awareness or to promote goodwill
    • Develop project plans and communications for clients and C-suite personnel
    • Manage data and resources
    • Connect and articulate product and service offerings based on industry needs
    • Effectively communicate with management and clients delivering status reports and recommendations
