Sortly's solutions power thousands of small and medium businesses, music bands and sports teams as well as large global corporations and government entities to organize, automate and gather insights on their physical assets all in one place. We are seeking a Vice President of Product Management to join our growing team. This role is remote, anywhere in the US.

    WHO YOU ARE:

    You are an experienced, inspiring, and high energetic Vice President of Product Management that will lead the product, design, research, and product insights functions of Sortly. You are an expert at driving delivery of features, planning roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams, and building a growth strategy for the business for our commercial, mobile, and self service products. You will partner with engineering, customer success, sales, marketing, and operations to be the advocate for the product and build a strategy focused on customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and product advancements. You are a leader who thrives in early stage startup culture and is motivated by managing people to build our future.

    You're comfortable advocating for your ideas but you're amenable to feedback and last-minute pivots as well. You have a strong eye for quality and are driven to build the best products for Sortly. This is a key leadership role in Sortly that will in conjunction with the rest of the executive team pave the future of our product strategy.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • You will leverage your core product fundamental skills, as you will build, execute, and deliver our product strategy. You will also partner with the founder and the rest of the executive team to help define the product strategy.
    • You will use your product led growth mindset to scale your product lines by leveraging an eye for either commercial, SMB, B2B2C experience. 
    • You will bring together teams and stakeholders across the organization, client communities, and partners to co-create a product strategy.
    • You will recruit, grow, mentor and lead our product, design, and insights teams. You will also be a senior voice for developing other leaders and mentoring our non-product teams to deliver amazing experiences.
    • You will leverage your prioritization skills to balance the needs of today with where we want to be tomorrow. As a B2B company, we will never leave our existing customers hanging, and therefore the candidate will need to partner with internal stakeholders to solve today's problems while ensuring the teams are prepared to work on tomorrow's innovations to build our future.
    • You will have a track record of delivering multiple products at scale and on time. This requires driving architecture, execution, verification and automation of all aspects of the products.
    • You will set and leverage metrics and KPIs to ensure the team and product are performing to best standards and we are delivering the utmost value to our clients.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 10+ years of experience in product management at digital, SaaS or B2B/B2C related  companies.
    • Experience managing a team of 8-10 people across product, design, insights, and research.
    • Having excellent communication skills as you will be the evangelist of our products internally and externally.
    • Ability to manage multiple product lines and delivery in regular timelines.
    • Having an adaptive mindset that is rooted in growth, proactive, and strong work ethics.
