We are seeking a dedicated and passionate part-time barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and snacks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
• Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and brewing equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation and service areas
• Restock inventory and ensure proper storage of supplies
• Handle the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
