Our busy boutique Estate Planning and Probate law firm needs to add an associate attorney to play a key role with clients. You will become part of the team that resolves Estate Planning Issues, and be able to work on Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Conservatorships, Trust and Probate disputes as you guide clients through very personal decisions in their lives. We are searching for a highly analytical applicant who is capable of working part-time or full-time and possesses strong negotiation and organizational abilities to join our growing firm as an estate planning attorney with experience of Trust Administration, Trust Litigation and Probate matters. You will guide them through the process of establishing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for clients and their families and educate them on matters of insurance and powers of attorney. To guarantee that an estate is managed in accordance with the estate owner's intentions, this role demands a high degree of responsibility. The ideal candidate will have at least a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Trusts/Estates/Trust Litigation/ Probate. As a boutique firm, the position requires cross-over in all areas of trusts/ probate/ trust litigation.
