    We are in search of an experienced Endodontist to join our successful dental practice in New York, NY. Our main focus is ensuring our patients achieve optimal oral health, and we are looking for a qualified candidate with a valid license, a compassionate attitude, and excellent communication skills. Our state-of-the-art facility is furnished with cutting-edge technology, such as Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) and a Global microscope. You will be supported by a skilled and seasoned dental assistant who will offer valuable aid. Our steadfast dedication to delivering top-notch patient care and exceptional customer service distinguishes us from the rest. We take PPO insurance and provide certain fees-for-service and HMO-related treatments at PPO reimbursement rates. The compensation for this role will be determined based on a 50% production rate. Responsibilities: • Provide professional and compassionate patient care, ensuring exceptional customer service • Collaborate with General Dentists in a team-based environment to deliver the best dental care possible • Strive to complete Endodontic treatment in a single visit, optimizing patient time management and overall experience • Ensure compliance with infection control standards, office policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines • Conduct thorough dental inspections using diagnostic tools to identify any dental diseases and determine appropriate treatment Qualifications: • The candidate must possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery/DDS or Doctor of Dental Medicine/DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school • A Bachelor's degree is also required for this position • It is necessary to be Board Eligible and/or Board-Certified in General Dentistry • Proficiency in computer skills is desired • Having advanced knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances would be helpful • CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications are additional requirements for this role Compensation: $6,000 - $8,000 per diem, net 50% production
