Seeking an experienced Endodontist to join our thriving dental practice in New York, NY. Our primary goal is to ensure our patients attain optimal oral health. We are seeking a qualified candidate with a valid license, a caring demeanor, and outstanding communication abilities. Our modern facility is equipped with advanced technology, including Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) and a Global microscope. You will have the support of a skilled and experienced dental assistant to provide valuable assistance. Our unwavering commitment to providing excellent patient care and exceptional customer service sets us apart. We accept PPO insurance and offer certain services at PPO reimbursement rates. Compensation for this position will be based on a 50% production rate. Responsibilities: • Provide professional and compassionate patient care, ensuring exceptional customer service • Collaborate with General Dentists in a team-based environment to deliver the best dental care possible • Strive to complete Endodontic treatment in a single visit, optimizing patient time management and overall experience • Ensure compliance with infection control standards, office policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines • Conduct thorough dental inspections using diagnostic tools to identify any dental diseases and determine appropriate treatment Qualifications: • The candidate must possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery/DDS or Doctor of Dental Medicine/DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school • A Bachelor's degree is also required for this position • It is necessary to be Board Eligible and/or Board-Certified in General Dentistry • Proficiency in computer skills is desired • Having advanced knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances would be helpful • CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications are additional requirements for this role Compensation: $6,000 - $8,000 per diem, net 50% production
