We are seeking a skilled Endodontist to join our fast-paced dental practice in New York, NY. Our priority is helping our patients achieve optimal oral health, and we are looking for an experienced candidate with a valid license, a gentle demeanor, and excellent communication skills. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with modern technology, including Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) and a Global microscope. You will have the support of a professional and experienced dental assistant to provide assistance. Our commitment to quality patient care and exceptional customer service is unwavering. We accept PPO insurance, with some fees-for-service and HMO-related treatments available at PPO reimbursement levels. Compensation for this position will be based on a 50% production rate. Responsibilities: • Diagnosing, treating, and managing patients in a professional and compassionate manner, while delivering exceptional customer service • Collaborating with General Dentists in a team-based environment to provide the best possible dental care to patients • Striving to complete Endodontic treatment in a single visit, optimizing patient time management and overall experience • Ensuring compliance with infection control standards, office policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines, including OSHA and MSDS guidelines • Conducting thorough inspections of patients' teeth using diagnostic tools, procedures, and instruments to identify any dental diseases and determine appropriate treatment Qualifications: • A Doctor of Dental Surgery/DDS or Doctor of Dental Medicine/ DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school and a Bachelor’s degree are required • Board Eligible and/or Board Certified in General Dentistry • Computer proficiency is desired • Advanced knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances is helpful • Additional certifications required: CPR, BLS, and NPI Compensation Compensation: $6,000 - $8,000 per diem, net 50% production
