Responsibilities: Identify oral diseases and provide appropriate treatment for common dental problems including cleanings, restoration, root canals, and surgical extractions Teach patients how to use recommended devices for orthodontics and dental appliances, such as dentures and retainers and educate on the importance of good oral hygiene Implement and coordinate preventive dental care treatments such as flossing, fillings, sealants, x-rays, and fluoride applications, and cosmetic dental services such as whitening when indicated Issue referral for the client to dental specialists, such as pediatric dentists, orthodontists, endodontists, and periodontists when appropriate Assess the patients’ overall dental health and look for presence of dental diseases, by thoroughly examining the patients’ teeth using diagnostic tools, procedures, and instruments • Work alongside our dental hygienists, multi-specialty Doctors, and administrative staff in composing comprehensive treatment plans Qualifications: Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry Familiarity with computers State license that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing Two years of dentistry experience in clinical or private practice is required CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications are required • General Practice Residency (GPR) Compensation: $240,000 - $260,000 yearly
