    We’re looking for an experienced massage therapist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is well-versed in different types of massage and massage techniques, and is attentive to each client’s needs and physical condition. Responsibilities: • Provide a variety of agreed-upon massages and treatments to patients/clients. • Arrive on time for shifts and maintain a consistent, regular attendance record. • Properly open and close your treatment room each day, and handle room turnovers. • Communicate with the Director of Client Experiences to ensure that the check-in, check-out, and payment process is completed. • Complete appropriate SOAP note charting, and sign all charts within 24 hours. • Regularly participate in marketing efforts to build and maintain client caseloads. This may include attending professional referral groups, social media contributions, newsletter, website, or blog contributions - Up to 2 hours per week paid time. • Actively promote Soul Space treatments, services, and promotions. • Maintain professional look, conduct, and hygiene. • Develop professional & personalized relationships with regular clients and community members. • Handle patient/client questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously. • Maintain complete confidentiality in all patient/client matters following company HIPPA policy. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. • Must maintain annual continued education, stay current on industry trends and services, and be willing to complete ongoing education in massage therapy. • Keep track of client treatment records and plans and monitor improvement. • Make sure the massage table and products to be used on the client’s skin are ready before every appointment. • Build positive relationships with clients and team members to create a pleasant work environment. • Meet with each client to discuss any problems with stress or pain, and advise on types of massage and treatment. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. • Have graduated from an accredited Massage Therapy school. • Have a minimum of 2 years performing massage services on clients. • Hold a current Massage Therapy license in Arizona with the Massage Board. • Have appropriate professional malpractice insurance. • Have a High school GED or higher. • Proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and reflexology. • Licensure if required by state and local law. • High school graduate or equivalent. • Completion of a massage therapy program preferred. • Over one year of work experience as a massage therapist. Compensation: $40 hourly
