Our fitness studio is opening in January and we are forming our first group of instructors who have experience teaching formats in Pilates, barre, yoga and stretch/recovery classes. Responsibilities: • Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions • Lead a wide variety of classes to fitness studio members and guests • Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe • Provide excellent customer services according to company standards • Employ the use of social media and networking to promote studio programs, classes, and new memberships Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills • Must possess a current certification for fitness instructing • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Ability to work closely with others and inspire through movement Compensation: $45 per class + commissions
