Job Description

SoulCycle is launching its 2024 Summer Internship program. We are looking for 4-5 candidates interested in gaining experience in People (HR), IT/Technology, Operations, Talent Development and Marketing. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning, and have a passion for the SoulCycle culture and brand.

This person leads with integrity, takes ownership of assigned tasks and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Interns will be assigned a supervisor and will have a dotted line of reporting to the Internship Program Ambassador for the final team project. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support to your supervisor and department head
• Perform confidential functions including but not limited to developing and typing written correspondence, preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations, and responding to routine external correspondence
• Create, organize, update and manage spreadsheets as needed by your department
• Create and distribute promotional materials
• Help plan and execute SoulCycle events; be present at events when needed
• Support your supervisor on miscellaneous tasks to help develop the SoulCycle brand
• Update content and cataloging assets / documents
• Complete project work as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a current student of an accredited four year college (rising Junior or Senior)
• Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Must have superior organizational and communication skills
• Must have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to utilize discretion
• Must have a positive, can-do, team player attitude
• Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
• Must be a self starter/motivator
• Must be excited to learn
• A personal passion for fitness and/or the SoulCycle brand is a plus

Salary: Undergraduate: $16.00; Master’s+ $18.00 (plus $150 Metro card stipend)
