Working Hours
830-5 PM with maintenance windows once or twice a week 1130PM -4am
Responsibilities:
- Play a critical role in ensuring the stability and reliability of our network infrastructure.
-You will work closely with other members of the NOC team and collaborate with external vendors to ensure prompt and effective resolution of hardware issues.
- Managing change controls to resolve hardware-related problems.
- Reporting to vendors, dispatching parts as needed
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems on time- Utilize ticketing systems such as Connectwise and document support requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Conduct system maintenance and updates as needed
- Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and solutions
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
-Proficiency in Dell hardware
- Experience providing IT support in an office environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
