  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in EUC H&F Support. (End User Computer – Deskside Support)
    • Support and troubleshooting of Windows 10 Operating system, Microsoft O365 applications.
    • Good customer handling skills and prior experience in Concierge (VIP Users) support
    • Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop/laptop issues (both hardware/software)
    • Basic troubleshooting of Conference devices/Projectors/Meeting room facilitation.
    • SCCM client end installation & troubleshooting knowledge
    • Basic knowledge of Networking and Active Directory
    • Must have the right attitude and customer-centric approach.
    • Document all support activity within the IT Incident and request fulfillment tool (Preferred SNOW)

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience Required:

    • Must have experience providing customer service within a technical field.
    • Microsoft Certifications on Office Applications, Windows 7, 8 or 10 is desired.
    • CompTIA A+ Certification is desired.
    • 3+ years of experience in a corporate Information Technology department providing end-user support over a wide range of end-user environments.
    • Managing day-to-day desktop/laptop support.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
