Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EUC H&F Support. (End User Computer – Deskside Support)
- Support and troubleshooting of Windows 10 Operating system, Microsoft O365 applications.
- Good customer handling skills and prior experience in Concierge (VIP Users) support
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop/laptop issues (both hardware/software)
- Basic troubleshooting of Conference devices/Projectors/Meeting room facilitation.
- SCCM client end installation & troubleshooting knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Networking and Active Directory
- Must have the right attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Document all support activity within the IT Incident and request fulfillment tool (Preferred SNOW)
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
- Must have experience providing customer service within a technical field.
- Microsoft Certifications on Office Applications, Windows 7, 8 or 10 is desired.
- CompTIA A+ Certification is desired.
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate Information Technology department providing end-user support over a wide range of end-user environments.
- Managing day-to-day desktop/laptop support.
