    This position is for a strong technical end user computing engineer, with experience in managing a large user base with onsite and some remote locations. The role provides support to client systems management, administration, and end user computing for Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS and other client Operating Systems (OS) on both physical and virtual environments. Development and enterprise deployment of applications, patches, and security updates to end user devices. Provide 24x7 support for incident response for the End User Support group. Must be able to pass a drug test, background check

    This role is in an on-premises role and does require vaccination.

    Remote desktop/laptop and mobile support

    Device OS updates and patches, experience in SCCM

    End Point Security Detection and Resolution and updates,

    Applications update and patch

    System policy changes

    OS and Application Packaging

    Mobile device Management - (IOS, Android, Other TBD), SOTI, Airwatch, Intune

    UEM (Airwatch), Workspace, RDS hosted apps

    Knowledge of Damware and Flexera

    Virtual systems update and patch management, configuration and applications support

    Thin client configuration management for VDI

    EUC web portal system update and management

    Work with vendor to resolve issues

    Provide technical assistance to other team members, other ITS teams and end users

    Provide on call after hours' support

    Desktop Management, Hardware Standardization, Printer support and management

    Systems updates and patches

    Application updates and patches

    Antivirus, Adaptive Management

    Microsoft Active Directory,

    Group policy administration (GPO),

    enterprise print management,

    Microsoft Remote Desktop Services,

    Microsoft SCCM

    MDM Airwatch, SOTI

    Personal data storage and Departmental shared storage

    Skills:

    Written and verbal communications skills

    Ability to multi-task and set priorities

    Ability to work well with others in a team environment

    Work Experience:

    3+ of experience providing system management and support for all aspects of the end user experience is required
