We are seeking a sales and customer support associate to join our growing team! You will work with the heads sales and customer success teams to implement marketing and sales strategy. This includes web, email, and traditional marketing materials. You must be motivated to provide excellent customer service, work well in a team environment, and be self-reliant. This is a GREAT opportunity to work within a growing organization while mastering your sales and operations skills. Willing to help the right candidate grow into this position. Background in Health, Fitness and/or B2B sales a plus. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries for sales and support. This will include phone, online chat and email.
• Make outbound contact with current and potential customers to drive sales and increase customer retention
• Work with Senior Sales and Support team members thru the customer sales cycle and post sale support
• Ad hoc duties to support the sales and customer success team as needed.
• Follow up on customer communication in a timely and thorough manor.
• Continually increase knowledge of our products and markets we serve

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Determined work attitude that delivers results, not effort
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-orientated. Complete tasks accurately and in a timely fashion
• Ability to work well in teams
• Self starter - someone who is comfortable taking initiative
• Flexibility - willingness to pitch in across departments in a variety of roles
