Sales Program Administrator - Germantown, TN Travel Required: Yes Description The Sales Program Administrator works with a collaborative, fast-paced group that is responsible for the flow of information between multiple mill locations and the sales department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into sales with a large, reputable company. What you will do: * Price contracts and write up program orders with accuracy. * Manage and reconcile inventories at various Vendor Managed locations and reload yards * Communicate with Vendor Managed customers & reloads to ensure fluid inventory and solve any issues that may arise. * Work with salespeople & coordinators to maintain an adequate flow of inventory to locations. * Backup or support roles in the sales team as needed. * Perform various processes within JDE systems to manage the inbound and outbound of orders. To be a successful candidate you must have: * A 4-year degree in business or equivalent experience. * Ability to work in an environment with several tasks that need continual reprioritization. * A high level of attention to detail. * Excellent problem-solving and research skills. * Strong Microsoft office skills; Excel knowledge (utilizing pivot-tables, formulas, etc.). * Organization skills while demonstrating a high level of initiative.
