    What We Are Looking For:

    Excellent opportunity to become a Superintendent for a tight knit high end residential renovations and remodeling company in the metro Atlanta area that serves homeowners in Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Johns Creek, and Buckhead.

    Compensation And Benefits:

    • $55,000-$70,000*

    • Bonuses (may depend on qualifications/skills)

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Manage work sites for renovation projects, coordinating activities and ensuring all work is in sync with project goals and objectives.

    • Accountable for the timely completion of multiple projects start to finish

    • Manage field crew and subcontractor schedules to ensure projects progress in accordance with construction deadlines.

    • Coordinate and direct work in the field to ensure that trades execute and comply with the contracted scope of work in accordance with project plans and construction specifications.

    • Manage change orders and communicate to the project team prior to execution.

    • Walk 4-6 assigned projects daily to monitor progress, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.

    • Use project management software to communicate with trades, complete daily logs and interface with all users involved in the construction project.

    • Perform project walk throughs and completion punch lists.

    • Assist in completing estimates as needed for upcoming projects.

    • Knowledge of complex construction issues including structural framing, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), concrete and grading.

    • Ability to read blueprints, navigate architectural drawings and designer renderings.

    • Other responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications We Require:

    • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on high end residential remodeling, cost estimation and renovation experience

    • Experience with high priced (minimum of 80K-100K) residential remodeling projects

    • Bilingual – English/Spanish is a plus

    • Experience with BuilderTrend

    • Experience with MS Excel and Word

    • Candidates must have reliable transportation and pass a background check.
