About the Role

Sourcemap is seeking a detail-oriented marketing coordinator to manage day-to-day marketing needs in our NYC office. Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating logistics around Sourcemap's extensive events calendar, including speaker outreach and program management; working with Sourcemap's copywriter to update marketing documents, weekly database management (i.e. Hubspot, Salesforce, etc), and assisting with back end management of Sourcemap.com. 

Responsibilities:

• Events and logistics management
• Database management and website maintenance 
• Updating copy for marketing materials (decks, proposals, etc)  
• Ad-hoc support of sales and marketing content as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to adhere to deadlines and work as a team
• Experience with corporate event coordination and planning preferred
• Familiarity with CRM databases (Hubspot and Salesforce preferred) 
• Experience with Squarespace
