About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned and passionate Product Manager to join the Product team at Sourcemap. You will contribute to the product strategy, development, and launch of new experiences that enable an international portfolio of clients to build greater transparency, traceability, and accountability into their supply chains.

As a member of the Product Management team, you'll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Client Success, and help define the next generation of enterprise experiences Sourcemap. You'll cultivate a deep understanding of Sourcemap's customer base, and the industries we serve, and will represent the voice of our users when defining product requirements and technical specifications. 

As an ideal candidate, you're an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail, and have prior experience in product management and development for a B2B software company. You're organized and process-oriented, and are passionate about employing your skills towards building tools that directly address social and environmental justice.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Own a backlog of items to help improve quality of life features within a platform 
• Coordinate, and review launch activities and deliverables for new features in conjunction with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success.
• Support the product feature roadmap, and align on priorities with business development, engineering, design, and customer success.
• Partner with Product Managers to set product strategy and roadmap initiatives
• Support the development of test plans and KPI's for new product launches that align to establish product launch strategy 
• Write clear and concise product requirements that capture the vision, goals, and key elements of new products and features.

Key Qualifications:

• 0-2 years professional experience
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Business, Information System, Computer Science
• Passion for technology with an emphasis on useability
• Interest or experience in agile product development methodologies and tools (Jira, Notion, Miro, Figma)
• Interest and or experience with identifying and writing user stories
