Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sourcer that can effectively run sourcing campaigns specifically for Nurse Practitioners. This sourcer will partner with a Principal Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in sourcing techniques such as Boolean Search, sequencing, message content creation, etc. Additionally, the successful candidate will have had experience in talent mapping and will be comfortable with sourcing funnel and metrics.
