Help power deal origination for a fast-growing private equity firm investing in B2B, B2G, and healthcare software. You will cover markets, build relationships with bankers, and surface quality deals for review. The right person thrives on pace, precision, and persistence and wants to learn PE from the inside.
Source new deals. Call, email, and meet with investment bankers, advisors, and lenders.
Own your market. Hit 70–80 banker calls a quarter; bring 6–8 deals weekly to screening.
Build relationships. Represent the firm at conferences and networking events.
Run the stack. Use HubSpot, Grata, ZoomInfo, and Excel to track and improve outreach.
Tighten the process. Keep CRM data clean, refine campaigns, and surface intel fast.
Support training. Prep materials and guide interns on sourcing best practices.
Bachelor's degree (finance, accounting, business, or related)
Based in or ready to relocate to Washington, D.C. (on-site required)
Polished communicator who can hold your own with bankers and executives
Proven hustle, comfortable grinding, learning, and asking smart questions
CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong writing, follow-up, and organizational habits
Base pay: $60K–$80K + up to $30K performance bonus
