We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sourcing Leader, leading our non-clinical Professional Service categories.
Position Summary:
In this role, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sourcing Leader specializing in non-clinical Professional Services to join NYU Langone Health. As a key member of the Corporate Services Strategic Sourcing team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives for non-clinical departments.
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
· Minimum of three (3) years strategic sourcing responsibilities for various commodities both products and services within and outside healthcare organizations
· Work experience in operational, procurement, sourcing
· High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Knowledge of procurement/sourcing process
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master’s degree preferred
· Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills
· In-depth knowledge of HR and benefits services from a contractual standpoint, industry trends, and best practices
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $97,589.95 - $116,600.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
