    Wipro Aerospace USA is seeking a highly skilled Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic sourcing and end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, optimizing procurement costs, enhancing supplier performance, and ensuring effective inventory management within a precision aerospace manufacturing environment.

    The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with extensive ERP expertise and demonstrated experience in supplier management. They will drive accountability and performance across the supply chain while ensuring uninterrupted production, cost efficiency, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    Abilities - Are you a good fit:

    Bachelor’s degree Engineering

    5–10+ years of supply chain or procurement experience in manufacturing

    Experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environment preferred

    Strong ERP/MRP system experience

    Proven experience managing suppliers (Locally & internationally) and negotiating contracts

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Hands-on leadership style with ability to operate both strategically and tactically

    Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

    Ability to sit or stand for long periods

    Ability to work at computer for long periods

    Ability to work on-site 8-10 hours a days.

    Preferred

    APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or similar certification

    Experience with CNC machining or precision manufacturing environments

    Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality systems

    Job Duties and Responsibilities - What will you do daily:

    Procurement & Sourcing Leadership

    Lead procurement activities including sourcing, negotiations, and contract management

    Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business and operational goals

    Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost expectations are met

    Drive dual sourcing and supply risk mitigation strategies for critical materials

    Inventory & Material Management

    Oversee inventory strategy, including stocking levels, safety stock, and replenishment policies

    Partner with planning and operations teams to ensure material availability aligns with production needs

    Reduce shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence

    Improve inventory accuracy and transaction discipline within ERP systems Supplier Performance & Quality

    Establish and monitor supplier KPIs (on-time delivery, quality, cost, responsiveness)

    Partner with Quality to resolve supplier-related issues and drive corrective actions

    Conduct supplier performance reviews and support audits as needed

    ERP & Systems Management

    Utilize ERP systems (APS, MRP, or similar) to manage purchasing and inventory data

    Ensure accuracy of lead times, pricing, and supplier data within systems

    Drive system improvements and standardization of supply chain processes Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams

    Support estimating, quoting, and new program launches with supply chain input

    Align procurement strategies with production demand signals and business forecasts

    Cost & Continuous Improvement

    Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives (material savings, vendor consolidation, process improvements)

    Improve supplier lead times, delivery performance, and reliability

    Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and inventory management
