Sourcing and Purchasing Manager

We’re seeking a Sourcing and Purchasing Manager to lead procurement strategy, vendor negotiations, and cost management across key product areas. This role is responsible for optimizing supplier relationships, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting operational needs through effective purchasing practices. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing and purchasing efforts across assigned categories
• Negotiate supplier agreements with a focus on cost, terms, and service levels
• Monitor market trends and pricing to inform procurement decisions
• Partner with internal teams to forecast demand and support purchase planning
• Track KPIs related to cost, supplier performance, and inventory efficiency
• Maintain strong supplier communications and resolve issues as they arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
• Strong background in strategic sourcing and purchasing operations
• Experience managing supplier relationships and driving cost improvements
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP system familiarity is a plus
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
