This position is located in our Folsom Office in Sacramento, CA.

Responsibilities:

Maintain working relationships with new and existing patients to ensure that they receive exceptional service, just like you did

Make effective qualifying calls, texts, and emails to new and existing patients

Achieve sales goals by assessing current patients' needs and following a defined patient process with potential patients

Coordinate with other Patient Coordinators to ensure that quotas are being met and MBC standards are being upheld

Required Experience:

Superb communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

Proficiency with sales management software and CRM like Zoho, and Google Workplace

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales

Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (not required):

Medical sales experience.

Read and Write Spanish is a Plus.

Has had weight loss surgery
