    The Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our opening leadership team.

    This role is ideal for a culinary professional who leads by example, thrives in a collaborative environment, and maintains composure during high-volume service. You will help shape kitchen systems, support menu execution, and set standards from day one.

    What You’ll Do

    • Support daily kitchen operations and service execution

    • Lead and motivate a team of 5–10 employees

    • Manage ordering, receiving, and inventory

    • Support food cost control and operational systems

    • Train and develop kitchen staff

    • Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance

    • Assist with menu development and execution

    • Maintain a calm, professional presence during busy service

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience & Skills

    • 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience in upscale casual

    • Experience managing and developing staff

    • Strong understanding of inventory and ordering systems

    • Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)

    • Experience contributing to menu development
