    A high-end, trendy full-service restaurant is hiring a Sous Chef to join its professional culinary team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review financial information, monitor budgets, ensure efficient operation, ensure that expenditures stay within limitations, and take action to correct any deviations from the budget.
    • Assist with all hiring of the culinary team
    • Ability to run and manage multiple stations in the kitchen
    • Excellent knowledge of proteins and modern cooking techniques
    • Constant desire to learn about the latest culinary trends
    • Ensure that safety and sanitation are adhered to at all times

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef, Lead Line Cook, or Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • A genuine passion for hospitality and an upbeat, fun personality
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
    • Proven ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior.
    • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance, adhering to Company standards.
