    Frank and Margie's are looking for the next Sous Chef to assist the Chef de Cuisine in the following areas:

    Directly oversees daily operations, ensuring the quality of food will amaze our guests each visit

    Assist the Chef De Cuisine with food quality consistency, menu development, specials and food presentation.

    Assist with managing inventory, ordering, maintaining proper food rotation and food safety standards.

    In the absence of the Chef de Cuisine, the sous chef will be the point of contact for the entire shift in all aspects.

    Essential Skills

    Leadership skills and proven experience in a leadership or progressive leadership role

    Knowledgeable about food products and food safety

    Be able to complete prep and other tasks in a timely manner

    High level of communication to leadership, staff members and guests.

    Background & Experience

    Ideal candidate will come with 2-3 years of progressive professional experience working in a scratch kitchen. Have a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and friendly work culture.
