We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our growing team—someone who’s ready to lead, collaborate, and learn. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your culinary career while helping drive the creative and operational side of the kitchen.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous kitchen management or leadership experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Passion for food, seasonal cooking, and the Mediterranean palette
Willingness to grow, take initiative, and learn alongside our chef team
What You’ll Do:
Support the Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations
Train and mentor line cooks and prep team
Ensure quality control, cleanliness, and consistency in every dish
Help with menu development and specials
Maintain inventory, ordering, and kitchen efficiency
