    Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Sous Chef to join their culinary team in Idaho. In this key leadership role, the Executive Sous Chef will partner closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure exceptional food quality and presentation, and foster a culture of excellence. This individual will supervise and mentor team members, assist with menu development, manage inventory and food costs, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. The ideal candidate brings strong culinary expertise, proven leadership experience in a high-volume environment, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving consistency and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen.
