    Sous Chef

    We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be able to provide strong support in culinary operations, has experience in managing kitchen staff, and understands the importance of ensuring the highest quality of food production.

Our team of professionals have a passion for creating memorable experiences with our artfully crafted, mouth-watering cuisine and our exceptional service.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and create innovative menus while maintaining high-quality standards.

    Manage food preparation and cooking activities.

    Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies.

    Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.

    Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques.

    Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or menu changes.

    Monitor and control food costs and work within budgetary constraints.

    Qualifications & Desired Skills:

    Strong background in inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen management.

    Proven experience in food service management, catering, and restaurant operations.

    Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory control practices.

    Preference for ServSafe certified applicants.

    Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills in a culinary environment.

    Proficiency in food management, inventory control, and kitchen operations.

    Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

    Beverage pairing and/or bartending experience a plus.

    Pay: The pay range for the Sous Chef position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
