Our Michelin nominated restaurant client is looking for a Sous chef. Located near New Buffalo, Michigan with room for your creative input.
Currently doing close to $5M a year.
Growth opportunity is enormous as the company just purchased 2 parcels of land to build into 2 new restaurants. This "resort" town includes beachfront land and our client received exclusive rights for all F&B on the beach.
Base salary is $70-90,000.
