    Responsibilities:

    Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations

    Lead and mentor kitchen staff during service

    Ensure consistent preparation, quality, and presentation of all dishes

    Assist with ordering, inventory, prep planning, and waste control

    Train new cooks and maintain a positive, team-focused culture

    Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

    Contribute to maintaining a smooth, efficient, and organized kitchen

    What We’re Looking For:

    Culinary experience in a full-service, high-volume environment

    Ability to motivate and guide a diverse kitchen team

    Strong problem-solving skills and calm leadership under pressure

    Commitment to Napa Flats’ standards of quality and hospitality

    Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
