  • Responsibilities

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff
    • Manage and train kitchen team members
    • Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and consistency
    • Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items and specials
    • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
    • Monitor kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and productivity
    • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and production techniques
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
