    About the Role:

    Responsibilities:

    Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and daily kitchen operations.

    Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high standards of food preparation.

    Prepare and cook dishes according to Trattoria Delia's authentic recipes.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.

    Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

    Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

    Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen environment.

    Proven experience in Italian cuisine and fine dining establishments.

    Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.

    Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

    Passion for cooking and commitment to high-quality food presentation.

    Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
