    Responsibilities:

    Maintain food quality

    Protect the quality of the guest experience

    Maintain morale and performance of line

    Offer support and constructive criticism

    Report Directly to Chef

    Help execute effective communication from and to all lines

    Help maintain 25% of food cost by managing portion control and minimizing waste

    Help maintain and improve on current 20% overall labor cost by replacing labor and training team to handle more business with fewer hands

    Follow all health and safety regulations

    Other duties as assigned
