Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES *Consistently provide excellent support to our Outside Sales Team, and ultimately our customer, by working in unison with other departments. *Coordinate with and assist Order Service Department. *Monitor and manage inventory levels. *Process workorders, purchase orders, material estimates, etc. *Provide real-time, accurate information to Sales Team and Customers. *Maintain all filing and order reconciliation associated with the sales process. *Gain and maintain a general knowledge of our product lines. *Fill-in and assist teammates in other departments as needed. REQUIREMENTS *Present a professional, well-groomed appearance. *Possess exceptional communication skills. *Possess strong organizational, time-management and follow-up skills. *Must work well with others and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment. *Must be eager to learn, eager to work and self-motivated to enhance your value to the company. *Ability to multi-task is imperative. *Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dropbox and Google Drive. We currently operate five brick distribution and two tile distribution locations. Our Mobile, Al. location, Riley-Stuart Supply Company, has been in business since 1945, and is among the largest brick distributors on the Gulf Coast.
