Early Start BCBA – South Bay San Diego

Part-Time | Hourly | Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time

Florece ABA, LLC is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Early Start team serving children and families throughout South Bay San Diego.

This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the caseload grows.

About the Role

Our Early Start program supports young children and their caregivers through play-based, naturalistic, developmentally appropriate, and neurodivergent-affirming ABA services.

We are looking for a BCBA who genuinely enjoys early intervention, connecting with children through play, and partnering with caregivers through compassionate coaching.

Responsibilities

Provide BCBA oversight for Early Start clients

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Develop play-based and naturalistic interventions

Provide compassionate caregiver coaching and parent education

Support functional communication, social engagement, independence, and everyday routines

Supervise and support Behavior Technicians

Monitor progress and make data-informed program modifications

Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other providers

Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification in good standing

Experience with early intervention and young children preferred

Strong interest in play-based and naturalistic ABA

Compassionate, collaborative approach to caregiver coaching

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Reliable transportation to serve families throughout South Bay San Diego

Spanish-speaking preferred — a plus

Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse families is valued
