Project Coordinator
Job Purpose: Manage and supervise multi-family construction administrative operations by preparing and completing projects through miscellaneous documentation.
Duties:
Create workflow documents with all construction materials to aide in the smooth transition of project phases between the corporate
office and field subcontractors throughout the project duration.
Accomplishes electrical construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, assigning, scheduling, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
Skills / Qualifications:
Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency & Efficiency, Bluebeam Revu Document Management, Construction Plan Set Analysis, Estimation and Analysis Calculations, Tracking Budget Expenses, Problem Solving, Developing Standards of Operations, Customer Service & Communication Skills (English Fluency), Legal Compliance.
Applicant must be willing to travel to job sites as needed for a varying duration of time depending on scope of work.
