    SCHRC is a local mental health clinic that provides a comprehensive range of mental health care services for adults and children. We became a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in 2021 and we employ over 140 staff in 15 programs in Waseca, Steele, and Dodge Counties.

    Mobile Crisis Response is looking for an On Call Mobile Crisis Team Member

    Primary Responsibilities

    The Mobile Crisis Team member is a mental health practitioner with training in crisis response who takes rotating on-call mobile crisis responsibilities. The mobile crisis team member's responsibilities include providing face to face crisis services that include assessment, intervention, and stabilization services. The mobile crisis team member will consult and take direction from the on-call mental health professional. The area covered by the crisis team include Steele, Dodge, Mower and Waseca Counties

    Education Applicants must meet the qualification of a Mental Health Practitioner:

    Minimum Qualifications

    Has completed coursework equaling 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in a behavioral science or related field, and

    Has at least 2,000 hours of experience providing services to individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders, and

    Has completed required trainings

    OR

    Has at least 4,000 hours of experience providing services to individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders, and

    Completed required trainings

    Mobile Crisis On-call Pay Rates:

    Hourly On-call: $2.50

    Holiday Hourly On-call: $3.75

    Face to Face: $175

    Phone Call: $40

    Stabilization over the phone: $40
