    CLINICAL MANAGER / SALES MANAGER ( EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

    SOUTH COAST MEDSPA IS A LEADING MEDICAL SPA, FOUNDED IN 2005. WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A PROVEN WINNER TO JOIN OUR SALES TEAM FOR A FULL-TIME POSITION IN OUR WEST LOS ANGELES LOCATION.

    THE CANDIDATE NEEDS TO HAVE A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN CLINICAL SALES. EITHER IN A MEDICAL SPA, PLASTIC SURGEON'S OFFICE, OR COSMETIC DENTISTRY.

    A MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL WHO IS USED TO WORKING IN A FAST-PACED, MONITORED, METRIC ENVIRONMENT, HAS A PASSION FOR AESTHETICS AND BEAUTY.

    EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS, A COMPETITIVE PERSONALITY WHO IS RESULTS-ORIENTED A PERSON WITH AN ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET.

    MUST DEMONSTRATE INDIVIDUAL LEADERSHIP QUALITIES, WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF WORKING WITH A TEAM MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.

    THE CLINIC MANAGER/SALES REPRESENTATIVES ARE THE DRIVERS AT SOUTH COAST MEDSPA AND MUST BE DRIVEN AND ABLE TO HELP GROW THIS RAPIDLY EXPANDING COMPANY AND LEAD BY EXAMPLE. WE WANT YOU TO BE A PART OF AN EXCITING CAREER IN THE AESTHETICS INDUSTRY. IF YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE THE CAPACITY TO SHOW EACH CLIENT THE CARE AND DEDICATION NEEDED TO OPTIMIZE THEIR RESULTS GIVING EVERY PATIENT THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONNECT WITH OUR STAFF AND SERVICES.

    PRIMARY DUTIES INVOLVE SPEAKING WITH PROSPECTIVE PATIENTS FOR TREATMENTS INCLUDING LASER HAIR AND TATTOO REMOVAL, SKIN REJUVENATION TREATMENTS, DERMAL FILLERS, AND SPA TREATMENTS. HELPING OUR CLIENT BASE INTO SATISFIED, LIFE-LONG PATIENTS. THIS INVOLVES MANAGING AND PERFORMING CLIENT CONSULTATIONS AND FOLLOW-UPS.

    SUCCESSFUL REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE ABLE TO QUICKLY BUILD RAPPORT AND TRUST WITH POTENTIAL PATIENTS, DEMONSTRATE SKILLED SALES CLOSING, CROSS-SELLING, AND UP-SELLING! CLINIC MANAGERS/SALES REPRESENTATIVES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES OF THE FRONT OFFICE TO INCLUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MEETING/GREETING PATIENTS, ANSWERING PHONES, INVOICING, SALES, AND ASSISTING THE REST OF THE SOUTH COAST MEDSPA TEAM TO ENSURE THE BEST PATIENT EXPERIENCE.

    ACQUIRE & DEVELOP IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF THE MEDICAL SERVICES WE OFFER AND AESTHETIC MEDICAL PROCEDURES. BUILD RAPPORT, AND PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH PATIENTS AS WELL AS EFFECTIVE NETWORK AND GENERATE LEADS FROM EXISTING CLIENTS. ANALYZE PATIENT NEEDS AND MAKE INTELLIGENT RECOMMENDATIONS THROUGH CUSTOMIZED CONSULTATIONS EFFECTIVELY REPRESENT THE SOUTH COAST MEDSPA BRAND AND ARTICULATE THE WORD-CLASS MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY.

    IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICEABILITY TO MULTITASK AT A HIGH LEVEL WHILE MAINTAINING THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF SALES THROUGHOUT THE DAY ENSURES COMPLETION OF DAILY REPORTS AND ADHERENCE TO COMPANY POLICY AND PROCEDURE. PROVIDE ONGOING FEEDBACK REGARDING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL EFFORTS.

    WLA COMPENSATION:

    $50,000-$55,000 BASE PLUSE $24,000 ANNUAL BONUS POTENTIAL
