Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative For Cosmetic Dermatology Clinic to join our team! You will be responsible for educating and upgrading existing patients on exciting new aesthetic treatments to help them look and feel better. Our core patient population is 25-55 both male and female and we pride ourselves on creating a high quality experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of a proven track record of sales success, and love working with clients on the phone and face to face.

People buy from people who believe, so we are seeking someone who loves helping others and who is enthusiastic and has a mature team oriented personality. Leadership qualities and team building skills are also required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales min of 2 years with a proven track record as a top performer
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
