    South Florida Recruiters has been retained by a large corporation based in West Palm Beach, FL to identify a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A). You will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analytical projects as well as have direct contact with Senior Executives for this dynamic company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Management Reporting: Prepare and present insightful financial reports, dashboards, compliance certificates, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Participate in development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
    • Performance Analysis: Analyze financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying key drivers of variance and providing actionable insights to management.
    • M&A Financial Integration: Assist with the integration and reporting of new acquisitions.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance financial reporting capabilities, and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with departments across the organization, to gather input, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment of financial plans with operational goals.
    • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by senior management, providing timely and accurate insights to support strategic decision-making.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications is a plus
    • 5+ years of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience
    • Analytical skills with the ability to distill financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations
    • Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formula development)
