An investment firm based in Miami, FL is looking to hire a Real Estate Investment Analyst who is fluent in Dutch or German. This position can be based abroad or in Miami and will be exposed to the commercial, residential and industrial markets.

Responsibilities:

• Perform market and comparable research, as well as financial analysis and modeling for potential real estate acquisitions
• Conduct due diligence of potential acquisitions
• Present new acquisition opportunities to senior management
• Interact with brokers, lenders, and sellers
• Create financial models and valuation activities

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch or German (read, write and speak) is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
• 2 - 5 years of real estate investment/analyst experience
• Strong financial modeling and valuation experience
