In this role, you will support key Executives in decision-making processes and work with various departments to analyze budgets, evaluate and manage risk, and ensure financial reporting are accurate and timely.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of month-end close and financial reporting packages
- Lead the annual budgeting process
- Review and analyze actual performance versus targets
- Prepare and review cash flow statements and forecasts
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis regarding potential new business opportunities, products, locations and platforms
- Manage and lead a high performing team
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal controls
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other policies and procedures
- Assist Executives with special ad-hoc projects when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA is preferred
- 8+ years of experience in accounting/finance positions including experience at the manager level
- International company experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Large ERP experience
- Advanced Excel experience
