Job Description

We are seeking a Sales/Reception Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet each and every gym member with a smile and enthusiasm 
• Give friendly and detailed tour of our gym to new guests who inquire about signing up for a membership
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of our facility for optimum presentation at all times (i.e. locker rooms, bathrooms, gym workout areas, racking weights, etc.)
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve member inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to contact guests who did not initially sign-up

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
