Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction on various Wireless products, accessories, and services to customers.
• We are developing and managing positive business relationships with retail store management and employees.
• Stay current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices like Wi-Fi, cell phones, and tablets.
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet them.
• Process new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories.

Desired Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Six months in retail sales or related experience
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Fast learner in a changing everyday environment
