DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

We seek a natural people person with experience working in the hospitality/restaurant industry looking for a career change that provides opportunity and growth. We are looking for individuals who love to engage face to face with people. We believe those with experience in restaurants, hotels, and other customer service-related fields excel within our team and advance quickly into management.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Engage with customers in a retail setting on behalf of our clients 

• Provide a positive customer experience in a friendly and professional manner 

• Answer questions regarding our clients' products and services 

• Assist customers in determining their eligibility for all current promotions 

• Identify and recommend appropriate products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences 

• Create and maintain customer loyalty through excellent customer interactions 

• New customer acquisitions 

• Participate in ongoing training and development within the company

QUALIFICATIONS

• Resident with reliable transportation to arrive at work on-time consistently

• A College degree in Business or Marketing is preferred, but I will consider all resumes given a sincere interest in marketing. College students are welcome

• 1-5 years of leadership experience in work, sports, or school

• Self-motivated, proven leader

• Excellent communication skills

• Basic technical proficiency

• Bilingual a plus
