HR-Payroll-Employee Benefits Administrator

Located in Winder, GA, SeC is seeking an experienced HR-Payroll-Employee Benefits Administrator.
Responsibilities:
· Process all SeC payrolls through the APS payroll and attendance system, to include employee deductions and payment submissions to benefits providers (PAYROLL)
· Work with employee benefits providers to understand and properly apply benefits to eligible employees (BENEFITS).
· Ensure policies and procedures in the SeC Employee Handbook are properly administered through payroll and other reporting requirements (HUMAN RESOURCES).
· Understand and apply various governmental regulations governing employee work environments and practices, e.g., employee classifications, FMLA, workers’ comp, etc. and ensure accurate and timely reporting (HR). Administer SeC’s compliance of the above.
· Process employees through onboarding (from offer letter acceptance on) and at separation, submitting regulatory required paperwork as needed (HR).
· Conduct new hire orientation and benefits orientation (HR).
· Maintain / retain employee related records per SeC company policies and help establish employee record retention policies.
· Develop processes and procedures as applicable to cover the above.
· Assist with accounting activities as directed by the Controller.
· Facilitate and prepare for internal and external audit of employee benefits.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience processing payroll
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, to include knowledge of government regulations
5+ years of experience managing benefits and relationships with vendors
3+ year of experience performing onboarding activities
3+ year of experience conducting new hire orientation
3+ years of experience preparing and/or facilitating employee benefit audits
3+ years of experience with policies and procedures

Educational Requirements:
Required - High School diploma
Preferred - Some college courses and/or specific education / training courses in HR and benefits management
